Easter Egg Hunt!

Nadia had no problems getting those eggs. I hope
she left some for the other kids!

This Easter we had lots of fun. Our ward had an Easter egg hunt that was supposed to be at a park but because of rain they moved it indoors. Nadia and Sebastian had so much fun and this year I didn't even have to push Nadia to look for the eggs. She did very well on her own, which I'm excited because she is slowly but surely progressing on coming out of her shell!

Saturday night we were also able to go to the Easter Pageant at the Mesa Temple. It was so awesome and memorable. Nadia can't stop talking about Jesus and how the bad people hurt him. At the end of the Pageant they show Jesus Christ rising up really high as he was rising to the heavens, on the way to the car Sebastian still couldn't believe he was so high up in the air and he said, " How did Jesus do that, I didn't even see any strings." And Nadia replied back to him saying, "It's because Jesus has powers!" It was so awesome to see what an impact this pageant had on the kids.

On Easter Sunday we got together with our friends that live near us and had an international Easter dinner, which was interesting but worked out great. It's always nice when you have friends semi-close to you when you have no family around! We are always grateful to our friends! Love you guys!

Children's Museum of Phoenix.

On Friday we went as a family to the children's museum. We had so much fun and the kids loved it. It was interesting to see the kids really go at it. They were so excited with all the different things that they had for them to do.

Nadia vs. Ballet Class!

Well you know as any other mother my life revolves around my kids. I try my best to do things for them that I think will make their personalities develop more. For those of you who do not know Nadia very well she has a seperation issue. She will not let go of me or let me leave her by herself, she will not talk to anyone and this only happens around people she doesn't know very well. She's in sunbeams now and cries for the fist five minutes. So thinking that she might go and so something that she really likes and wants to do she would actually go and take part in this ballet class. Well this was her second class and she will not go in through the doors. She'll look through the glass doors but won't go through them. On top of everything she'll start to dance outside of the class in the waiting area but won't go in. So if you could feel the way I feel she really stresses me out. The only thing I could do was take pictures of her standing outside the building. As you have probably figured out, Nadia wins this battle.

Field Trip to the Zoo!

This past Thusrday Sebastian had a field trip to the zoo and I was lucky enough that I could take Nadia with me. Sebastian had so much fun with his group and the other moms that we were with were awesome. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. We didn't even go through the whole zoo and I was so exhausted by the end of the day. Sebastian was so excited when I bought him a Yankees hat for his trip. He says now he's just like his dad!

Sebastians Dance Classes!

Sebastian is taking Latin/Hip Hop dance classes which he has only had on class but he really seems to enjoy it thus far. He was so excited when he found out I signed him up for it. He is really outgoing and loves to do new things and has many different interests, dancing is one of them. Dancing is one of his many talents! In this video you barely can see him but he is wearing a black shirt and is all the way in the back.
